In JST, our qualified engineers and technicians carry out the AC projects from design drawing to testing & commissioning. Prior to project handover, a throughout inspection is done on the AC works to make sure quality is maintained as well as all components are in perfect working condition.
The process of Testing and Commissioning is performed through various steps. Therefore, ensuring seamless project completion.
- Design check is carried out in the site to inspect on design and planning. A throughout inspection is carried out in the site to check the work completion is as per the approved shop drawing.
- Materials Used and Installation are inspected to ensure quality and safety. Especially duct and pipe materials (including insulation) and their installation methods as well as unit hanging installation methods are closely checked to maintain its efficiency.
- Pipe connection to the AC units and required bends and joints are done and inspected along with their insulation.
- Leak Test and Pressure Check are an important aspect for an AC system. Leak test is done to identify and rectify any leaks. This help to make sure no loss in efficiency for the future operations. Suction & Discharge or Evaporator & Condenser Pressure adjustments are carried out to ensure optimal AC units cooling efficiency.
- Wiring and Connections are carried out and inspected. Indoor-Outdoor unit wiring is done and made sure the unit is in operational condition. Thermostat wiring is done and made sure the accurate temperature reading is attained. Ventilation Fans wiring is done and made sure of its working condition.
- Operational condition of each Equipment is inspected. Such as Indoor unit and its components, Outdoor units and its components, thermostat as well as remote control and its readings, Dampers, VCD, VAV, etc.
- Attaining the required temperature is the ultimate goal in an AC System. Each cooling space is inspected to check if the required temperature is attained for optimal human comfort.
